I mean standing in lines and no reloading and shorter ranges on the guns, Marines have the edge. One sniper alone could do unbelievable damage on the british. It wouldn't take much for a few marines to spray hundreds of them with bullets, all at once, not to mention the other mean weapons we have today, and ways of attacking. The only way the marines would lose is if they were caught in a section of land that literally put them in a hole, and they were fighting uphill. fly3rs18 Posted April 23, 2010 Report Share Posted April 23, 2010 (edited) Yes, but 112,000 people with guns, 100 people with guns, you cant kill 112,000 people its impossible. wow really? there is HUGE HUGE HUGE difference between the british guns and the marines guns. the british muskets are like a bow and arrow compared to the marines. muskets can not shoot very far, are extremely inaccurate, and take forever to reload after a single shot. all it takes is one machine gun (or any current day gun) that is outside the range of the muskets (any current gun can shoot so much farther then a musket, easily) and the machine gun could easily take out thousands of "soldiers" wearing suits instead of bulletproof gear.  you can easily killl 112,000 people. it would be impossible for the british to even get close enough to the marines to shoot them Edited April 23, 2010 by fly3rs18 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
