The Heat should accept Chalmers' team option, it's too cheap not to take unless Riley is planning on some sort of sign-and-trade or something, and needs Chalmers to have a larger contract to make it work. I'd say the guys the Heat should not keep is James Jones and Jermaine O'Neal. Jones' team option is too expensive and O'Neal doesn't seem like the type to accept a bench role, plus he's probably too much money as well. Diawara and Hasbrouck can stay as fillers. Joel Anthony is almost certain to come back because his FA is restricted. As for Haslem, Q, and Dorell, definitely should look to keep all three.
