The Regime
LeBron James believes that the Cavaliers will benefit from their Game 3 loss to the Bulls. Instead of going for a sweep in Chicago in Game 4, Cleveland will be looking for a 3-1 series lead. "You see what happened last year," James said. The Cavaliers swept Detroit and Atlanta, then dropped the opener against Orlando in the Eastern Conference Finals before bowing out in six games in 2009. "There's nothing wrong with facing adversity," James said. "Losing a game makes you better as a series (goes on) and you want to go through some bumps and bruises throughout a series. This is no panic mode for anybody. "Chicago played a great game. We digged, digged, digged, but we digged ourselves too much of a hole. We played well to end the game, so we can use that going into Game 4 as motivation, but at the same time ... if we had won that game, we would have been like 'OK, we can always just turn it on.' We don't want to do that. So I think us losing that game is going to help us in the long run." http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/66173/20100424/lebron_cavaliers_will_benefit_from_loss/
Cleveland's Finest
We do need this. However, if we lose Game 4, then I see some room for concern. They need to show that they improved and learned from their mistakes. Shaq's gotta make those close range shots that he's been missing since he's came back. And make free throws please. Cleveland's Finest
You need to slow down Rose since nobody is getting it done. Rose been on a roll tho I know. LeBron guarded him down the stretch, where he did miss some shots. LeBron needs to guard Rose more though. And Delonte, who is in the top 5 of perimeter defenders in the league, needs to get on him also. Mo said he's up for the challenge though.
