Guest Need4Sheed
Wow. That's a lot of players.
Phightins
Te'O-Nesheim in the third round is still a bit weird to me. They must really like him/have thought somebody picking soon after wanted him too. Otherwise, I am actually liking this group more and more. The Artesticle
It'll take a wait and see approach, just like any draft. I'm okay with most of the picks, not really in awe of any of them. One thing I did not like was how we kept trading down instead of taking a corner back, which was one of our biggest needs coming into the draft. I like our first 3 picks of the draft. Ricky Sapp and Riley Cooper were steals IMO. We've basically rebuilt the entire defensive line this draft, assuming everything works out. However, we still need help at OL or CB (I don't know much about Lindley, maybe he'll impress). I'm also not a fan of taking so many undersized players, but it is what it is. A lot of competition coming into camp, so I'm excited, Edited April 25, 2010 by Artesticle
The Great iBoldin
If you give Te'o-Neisheim a chance on third downs and let him develop a bit (which will happen with the plethora of pass rushers there now) then he'll be a very good player. Maybe not a starter, but a guy who knows how to get to the quarterback. Probably should've gone to a 34 team, but whatever. Good choice. Clay Harbor and Riley Cooper were great late round choices. It's a solid draft, probably a B-.
Guest Need4Sheed
I really wanna see Riley Cooper and Charles Scott make the team.
Smitty
I love the Cooper pick. Pretty much Kevin Curtis' replacement IMO. I wanna see Scott make the team too. We haven't really had a good power back since Duce.
Phightins
I'd be shocked if Cooper doesn't make the team. But who knows, that is what training camp/preseason is for. Edited April 25, 2010 by Phightins
Guest Need4Sheed
Cooper is pushing 6'4. Curtis is like 5'
CaliCurbStomppa
I have few friends who love the eagles and they were upset the eagles didn't selected Earl Thomas so i was wondering if u guys were mad you didn't get him or you happy with Brandon Graham? I am fine with Graham. We need a pass rushing DE just as much as we need a safety. Graham fills a big need, just as Thomas would have. fly3rs18
not taking thomas isnt a big deal since we got nate allen. if we didnt get allen then i wouldnt have been happy with the graham pick but overall a very good draft. im confused with all the defensive ends, but besides that they did really fill some needs. offensive line is still needed, but we got the safety, and a few other positions to add depth, like TE, WR, LB, CB
Smitty
Cooper is pushing 6'4. Curtis is like 5'11 lol I didn't say they were the same. I just said he's replacing him.
Guest Need4Sheed
Not really. Maclin or Avant replaced him. Or even Baskett.

Phightins
Cooper is pretty comparable to Baskett, from what I am hearing/seeing. Makes sense, they are pretty much the same size.
fly3rs18
avant would still be #3 over cooper, but i still think its a good pick. the eagles like to spread the ball around so he will get some good opportunities Edited April 26, 2010 by fly3rs18
