HipHopHead
No, I used to enjoy the music board until the pissing matches started in every thread. Well don't blame that on me, I guess disagreeing with popular opinion is a bad thing on this site so much so that I need to harassed every thread I'm in lol. Yeah, but Triple H is just spreading his knowledge. Who cares if he condescendingly scoffs at nearly every opinion on the music forum... It's his God given right. He's a HipHopHead. It's his God given right. He's a HipHopHead. Clearly his vast array of hip hip knowledge makes us common folk look foolish for thinking anything the general public enjoys listening to is actually decent music. And its not spreading knowledge chief! Its "spittin knowledge". Get your Hip Hop terminology right man.

HipHopHead
The fact that you guys take so much interest in a person over the internet on a sports forum is rather pathetic and juvenile. But I guess that's why you're "stalking" me on a sports forum instead of enjoying a real life. Good day.

crabbylion
[Soulja Boy You gotta be joking right? Now since this topic has been sensitive since 1978 i'm gonna follow exactly as the title of the post states. "Best Rapper" This means that i'm gonna throw out stage presence, performances, and everything else but the verbals. 10. Tech N9E 9. Twista 8. Jay Z (Had to include to keep people from cussin me out.) 7. Kool G. Rap (epitomy of gangsta) 6. KRS-One (Do you really need a comment here?) 5. Beanie Sigel (Don't dare sleep on the Broad St. Bully. Lyrical wit is heavily overlooked, plus agression is unmatched.) 4. Eminem (A student of flow and it shows.) 3. Nas (This guy is consistently parked in the top 5 due to the teachings that come out.) 2. Rakim (Tha Stick Up Kid) 1. Notorious B.I.G (To h*ll with album sales. He couldn't help his early demise. Name one rapper with a slicker delivery of words than this man. Clever, clever, clever! Sometimes I think it was best that his career ended early. Sean Combs would've had him going Pop into the 21st century.) Don't gimme no crap about 2Pac!!!!! Edited May 4, 2010 by crabbylion
HipHopHead
I just can't see B.I.G even near the top. He had one classic album, probably one of the best LP's ever but the follow up and tribute albums and all the tracks in between were pretty meh. Smitty
Fellas, we don't need the arguments in every thread. That's for both sides. The the 3, 4, 5 or so members you're sick of HHH's condescending attitude...put him on ignore, world becomes happier for you. If the staff feels like he's just trying to get a rise out of people, he'll be dealt with. And HHH if you feel that they're just trying to start it up with you then just put them on ignore, world becomes happier for you. And if yall can't do that and rather just argue like girls....then I'm sure something can be worked out where you won't be able to post in the music forum at all. Don't bother trying to argue it, just do it.

Soulja Boy is quality, he has a number one hit, has come out with many hit songs, and made the whole world do the same dance, can any other rapper do that? Thought so. He had many great rappers like GZA (or was it RZA?), Ice-T, Snoop diss him because they were obviously jealous of how good he is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mspXEhOM84 Sup? HipHopHead
Ready to Die and Life after Death are both classics the only reason he only had 2 albums is because he was killed, or did you know that? Life After Death was far from a classic. Not only did it have far too many [expletive]ting songs on it ([expletive]as Bleed, Miss U, etc.) but it was killed by the fact that it was a double disk. If it had only the good tracks on one CD instead of putting out as much material as they could it would have formed a much solid-er album. Some tracks were on point but others were overly violent and just not really musically viable.
Legacy
Very creative idea for a thread. Never seen this one posted here b4. Alright cool guy. This thread has made it to 3 pages in a day, I thought it would be interesting because of how the debates in all the other hip-hop threads.
