AboveLegit
There is some debate on this, so I thought I would post it just for the hell of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dm0k2rqEeJQ
Owner Real Deal Posted May 4, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted May 4, 2010 It's actually closer than what they said. LeBron took just one step before taking the pro-hop (or whatever you guys call it, so many different names for it). So, technically, yes...one step after picking up the ball, two on the hop, is three steps total.

YugoRocketsFan
Really hard to tell, cause I cant tell if he takes the step after he picks up the ball.

Lemon
Doesn't look like a travel. Looks like a step-dribble-step-hop. If it was a travel then it's close enough to a nontravel that it doesn't really matter.
Erick Blasco
The only way it's a travel is if the refs assume LeBron jumped so high that it's an up and down. You'd think the refs would be good by now at knowing how to not call travels.
Dr. Feelgood
Uh...it's a crab dribble. DUH! Really tough to call...
Poe
Not a travel... how is it even a question? He jumps high, so what.
The Regime
Yeah thats a walk, as Brandon said that's three steps. It's too hard to call in an actual game though, its just happens to quick. Edited May 5, 2010 by Confidence

kingfish
1 step to gather himself, jump stop = 2 steps when he lands. travel = 3 steps Lebron = took 3 steps Lebron = he traveled.
