Guest Zyzz
Looking at the Calf voting it is more for Celts. Is this because.......... A. You want revenge on the Celts B. You do not want a championship for Lebron because you dont ever want him surpassing Kobe as one of all time greats http://i39.tinypic.com/2rz9cew.jpg
Warren2ThaG
B makes no sense since Orlando would own CLE. How much help does LeBron want neways? haha
Lkr
I just like seeing LeBron losing since it shuts up BSPN
Lemon
A little bit of both, but more important than those options is that I don't want to face them in the finals. Edited May 13, 2010 by Lemon
kingfish
Theres a lot of reason to root for the Celtics in this series. We lost both games to the Cavs this year, some might feel they match up quite well with us? I think we would beat anyone so thats not a problem for me. We also would home court against the Celtics, and would have a chance to get revenge. Also its funny watching everyone cry when the cavs lose. And it would be nice to see the Lebronwagon end. NJNJ
I think most people want the Celtics to win more because of revenge. And of course, many are tired of hearing about LeBron so much lol even though to me the guy isn't going anywhere He's always going to be talked about, regardless... In the end, either series would be interesting.
The Regime
Cavs match up way better against us than the Celts, and I hate LeBron with a passion, that's why I want the Celts to advance.
Diesel
"Laker fans" want Boston because everyone wants the lower seed to win as they think they'll have an easier time winning. Cleveland would have homecourt and they made the Lakers look like idiots when they played in the season this year in both meetings. In reality they were scared of a possibly matchup with the Cavs. It's a shame LeBrons elbow acted up. Too bad he doesn't have a Pau Gasol to take the pressure off of him. You can't even bring up the support LeBron had around him, there is a reason they won over 60 games this season. People with common sense know this. Not a Laker fan, but yeah not a big LeBron fan either.
Diesel
there is a reason they won over 60 games this season. Your right. That reason is LeBron James. Did you watch the playoff series and see born loser Antawn Jamison get outrebounded, exposed on defense, and take [expletive]ty threes missing nearly 75% of them(all of them being open). Mo Williams never shows up for the playoffs. Shaq is trying hard out there, but he is old now. Mike Brown needs to keep Varejao on the floor, play Hickson and Moon more, and sit Jamison the [expletive] down. LBJ means everything to that team and when he is not playing his game there is no way they can win.

Straight up, Mike Brown is a bad coach and wasn't even close to being the leader of that team, a position the coach should fulfill. Also, the rotations he puts on the court never fit together in terms of chemistry. What happened was LeBron gave up, and his puppets around him also decided to give up. Sky
Why root for Boston? Revenge and the motivation that will create for LA. As a Laker fan going back to 1970 there's nothing more satisfying than beating Boston in the Finals. I could care less about Kobe vs. Bron, I care about the front of the jersey far more than the back.
Owner Real Deal Posted May 14, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted May 14, 2010 Cleveland wouldn't beat Orlando, so that really doesn't matter. I just liked seeing LeBron lose the series. If that elbow was a problem, it would've been one after his MRI's...but it didn't seemed to be, as he was scoring 35+ on over 50% FG, swatting shots and even grabbing a massive amount of boards after the injury. Bryant's finger has a tear. He made three consecutive left-handed layups in one of those playoff games, and was taking left-handed jumpers. He took the ball to the rim more, got to the post more, and did other things to upload his 30+ points in five consecutive games. When you're a one trick pony (even though he's REALLY good with that one trick), you can't adjust when you need to. LBJ needs to work on the post game, work on contested shots, and practice better footwork and off-the-ball play. Less fancy passes. Simply put, he played a very good team six consecutive times. They figured him out like they did Wade, and LeBron couldn't adjust. Not hard to see.
Guest Zyzz
Boston is clicking right now. And Orlando is beastin too.
