Be Like Mike
Can Lamar Odom's 19 points and 19 rebounds in the Los Angeles Lakers' 128-107 win in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals be attributed to something as trivial as his uniform number, lucky No. 7? "I'm not giving him no hype right now; he had a lucky game in Game 1," Stoudemire said after Suns practice Tuesday at Staples Center. "We just got to make sure we box him out. I think I focused so much on [Pau] Gasol and [Andrew] Bynum to where he snuck in there and got 19 boards, so now we just got to make sure there's three guys out there that can rebound well [when] adding Odom. So, we got to do a better job on them." Odom barely batted an eyelash when told about Stoudemire's claim after the Lakers finished practice. "So be it," Odom said. "Hopefully I can have another lucky one." http://sports.espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/news/story?id=5199267 Oh Snap. This ish just got real. Too lazy to look up the stats but Odom has always been beastin against the Suns in the playoffs. Edited May 18, 2010 by Be Like Mike

Make It Naaaashty
It's not really lucky, it's as simple as just boxing out.
kingfish
This dude has been talkin [expletive] even before the series stared. Im sick of this team already, cant wait to watch them get dominated the rest of the series.

Owner Real Deal Posted May 19, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted May 19, 2010 Steve Nash has grown on me as a player, and I've always liked Grant Hill...but Amare makes me sick to my stomach, so whatever he says, and however he acts, doesn't come as a surprise to me. The Regime
Amare needs to stop the hatin, Lamar needs to show him up in game 2. The Suns as a collective group make me sick to my stomach.
The Artesticle
LO always dominates the Suns. lol Amare is an idiot. LO outrebounded him 19 to 3. He needs to let his game do the talking, not his mouth. Back up some of the statements by actually trying to D up next game.
Owner Real Deal Posted May 19, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted May 19, 2010 Here recently, Odom hasn't performed well against Phoenix...but that's mainly due to the role he has. When he was a starter, though (or playing 30+ minutes a game)...big difference. Odom has done pretty good, overall.
