fish7718
This was a really bad move IMO Yes, old-school football is about playing outdoors in all weather conditions. But this is a different generation. This is a generation of football dominated by high-powered offenses and throwing the football, not grinding it out and playing a battle of field position. Today's crowds buy tickets to see teams score as much as possible, not to see a blowout or a defensive struggle. Nobody wants to watch the most important game of the year while having the weather play a part in it. That only makes it more of a defensive game If it was up to me, I would have them play it in a dome, where they're most likely to see a high-scoring game, where both teams score 30 points or moreThe Packers - Giants NFC Championship in 07 was one of the best playoff games I have ever seen, I think this is a great move by the NFL. BTW - I love the fact that the only ppl that dont like this are people from the south Edited May 27, 2010 by Fish7718
