EastCoastNiner
Yes: Nash, Dirk, and AI No: T-Mac and Vince Carter
BlueDevil
basically, if u get an MVP, u get in the HOF (only one player named MVP has not been a HOFer, cant quite remember the name right now) and without a doubt no to TMac and VC, but between the two, TMac has the better chance because of the two scoring titles, all carters got is a slam dunk title
moeroadkill
really? two no votes for dirk
Flight
I meant to vote no on Carter, but yes on the rest. I feel like McGrady's scoring career gets him in, despite his lack of playoff success.
fish7718
Dirk, AI, Nash no brainers Carter - will score 20,000+ points that + dunks he is in for me McGrady - ...no...
Owner Real Deal Posted May 31, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted May 31, 2010 Iverson, Nash, and Dirk are a yes. Carter and McGrady are a no. At one point, Iverson was the most dominant guard in the NBA, and it lasted for a few years. Dirk is one of the greatest international players to play in the league, and he's the modern-day Larry Bird (minus the defense, of course). Nash gets in because he's arguably a top five point guard of all-time, and he's got two MVP awards. Carter and McGrady really haven't done anything significant to be put into that group. CaliCurbStomppa
I agree with all except McGrady. Hes more average to me. He had a good couple years till he went to Houston and he just fell way down the map. I think Carter can get in but it will be tough but people going to recognize him about being one of the best dunker to ever play the game so that could help him make it. Iverson and Nash are good even tho they never won a championship but championship or not it don't matter. Dirk i think will make it. Like B stated he's the Larry Bird of the NBA.
