Lemon
^ pretty much generic dog food. Are you feeding ur dog human food? Sometimes my dog will just start staring at you expecting to give food; so much that he ignores his own food. Maybe some Pedigree will make him beefier. Or if you wanna spoil him, beef. My friend has a very fat chihuahua because he feeds him anything, even fried chicken. Maybe consults a veterinarian?

Warren2ThaG
I feed my Lhasa Apso human food, he's 13 and might as well enjoy it. Plus he has the same BDay as me.
Jammin
I'm all for human food for your dog when she/he's in their last couple years of life, but when they're young only feed them dog food. You can spoil them with the higher quality/price food, but normal food like pedigree or eukanuba work perfectly fine.
SRV
My last dog got into the habit of eating human food very young, I got him when I was like 5 so I would just feed him whatever I had in my hand because I gave in. Try to avoid it though, because later down the line it could cause problems in your dog's health. Its also a pain when he is on top of you seeing what you are eating. The Great iBoldin
Raw is the way to go. It helps my dogs (Bouviers) coats so much and my male dog has filled out incredibly with muscle over six months. Tripe, raw beef, chicken, fish, etc. Get away from the dog food and go raw. Research it up a little more, it costs a bit more but it's worth it.
