Looks like we've got some good pitching match-ups. This will be a true test of what the Braves are made of.
Paul
I am SICK of Kawakami really sick of him. What you think Cobb?
Cobb
He's so off and on. That's the part I hate about him. When he keeps the ball down he's an excellent pitcher. Only problem is that he doesn't do that too often. The other thing that annoys the crap out of me is he is ALWAYS falling behind hitters. Paul
You say once Jair comes back do you take him out the rotation and put him in the bullpen and leave Medlen keep at the 5 spot?
Brand New
Thats Clayton Kershaw, he's become really solid as of late. :glasses:
Cobb
I'd love to keep Medlen in the rotation. He's pitched pretty good in his past five starts so there is really no reason to move him. KK hasn't been pitching bad, just getting a bit unlucky. I say we move him back to the pen and see how he does there. I hate it that he's 0-7 when he really shouldn't have a record nearly that bad. fish7718
The Braves have a tricky situation here. Medlin is a starter and it would be dumb to stunt his growth by keeping in the pen. However Kenshin is the better candidate for the 5 spot, IMO. Should be interesting to see what they do. If the Braves win with Kenshin vs Kershaw I'd officially be worried. Cobb
We could've done some damage. Things just went downhill after that. We NEED to get Kershaw out of the game ASAP.

Cobb
Oh boy, KK is back in. Hopefully he can continue pitching well. Also, how much longer will it take for McLouth to get sent down. I guess batting .176 won't.

Paul
it will turn around my friend. and we are in a jam right now, looks good that Eric is coming in though. Can't wait for that double play. And how about Manny? I was thinking about him the first couple of innings how he doesn't hustle and just looks like he is out there for a paycheck and that is about it. Then, BAM! He just starts jogging to get that ball that Yunel hit. I am so glad that we don't have him.

fish7718
Glaus was coming off injuries, he had a real excuse, McClouth is relatively unproven, this slump must be troublesome for realistic Braves fans.
Cobb
Ross, McLouth, (someone): not exactly the guys you want coming up to the plate being down in the 8th inning.
