Im already bulk up so hopefully im gonna see great results. Im hearing great reviews from you guys and if you can do it then this def can work for me so im gonna work extremely hard to make it happen. Think im gonna wait until Monday tho. Feel free to keep your log here like the rest of us, it's more fun to know there's people doing the same thing you are. First off, mostly adults are doing P90X, not kids. Plus, I'm your age, so if that was an indirect insult towards me putting too much faith in P90X then you're a dumbass. Not everyone's goal is to be some giant weight lifter who can bench 300 pounds, some people want to have a nice lean athletic body. Hitting the gym is great and the best option if you want to get big, but that's not the objective of P90x. This is a program for people who want to trim down or tone up, not get big.
