Flash
What supplements are you guys taking? Right now I'm only using Isopure Whey Protein Isolate which is awesome. Love taking it but I'm looking for a good pre-workout supplement. I used to take Cytogainer but had a bad reaction towards the end.

I was stupid but it's in the past. I'm hoping to lose 35 lbs by September and a total of 70 lbs by January.

Cobb
I might look into that P90X [expletive].I got a buddy who has been doing it for a while and he loves it. I've never tried it myself but I know it works after talking to him about it.

Jammin
You should only be losing about .5 pounds per week, if you want a healthy loss.My buddy went to a nutritionist a couple weeks back and she told him that you should be able to lose 2-3 lbs a week if you're doing it in a healthy way. I can lose 0.5 in a day, that doesn't seem much.
EastCoastNiner
You should only be losing about .5 pounds per week, if you want a healthy loss. Too bad you're wrong, just like in the other thread where you said you were just being a troll. It's not unhealthy to lose more than .5 pounds in a week. . I'm doing P90x, and people lose 20+ pounds in a month, and they are perfectly healthy, and in better shape than most people, so your information is not credible. EastCoastNiner
I might look into that P90X [expletive]. I'm in my third week of it, and I've lost ten pounds and 4% body fat already, and I'm feeling stronger as well. It really does work, but you NEED to follow the nutrition plan if you want the best results.
BasX
I lost 13lbs during May by just eating at better times and working. I had a nice schedule going before I started working again so if I can modify so I can workout enough and still have enough energy for work I'll continue to lose the weight I gained over the winter. Cobb
The hardest thing for me is eating. I'll randomly snack whenever I feel like it.

CaliCurbStomppa
The hardest thing for me is eating. I'll randomly snack whenever I feel like it. a lot people have trouble with that. Especially when they want to bulk up because if ur not eating enough your muscles won't grow.

Jammin
I've lost 3 lbs since I've been in Arizona. It's probably just water weight, but I'm also in 110 degree weather and sweating every time I step out of the door hahaha.
