Yo kingfish, do you just do all the stuff in that one YouTube video you posted or is there more?

I do everything in the video except the oblique v ups, those just feel awkward and I dont like doin them haha. And I do the mason twists while holding a 5 lb weight. After im done with the video, I top it off with 100 crunches, 4 separate sets of 25. And I do 1 minute of the plank excercise.

 

For those that dont know, the plank is this position, and holding it for as long as you can. I do 1 minute every day.

1 minutes Kingfish? Man up! We had to do those for 5 minutes without dropping at baseball, 5 extra minutes for each person who dropped!

Lol that sucks. I usually do it at the end of my workout though, so im destroyed by that time. I did it for 2 minutes the other day.

Alright I got ya but what about the fat burning process? I still have a little bit of flab on my stomach. Im not fat by any means but theres definitely some body fat on my stomach. Should I just run that off in the meantime or what?

Yeah man, if your schedule permits, a run everyday is exactly what one would need if they're trying to shed off a few pounds of body fat. Abs every other day plus running everyday in addition to a pretty good diet would get you a six pack in a matter of weeks.

I know, I got a really solid diet going actually. I weighed myself yesterday (1 month exactly after I started going to the gym again) and I was down 8 pounds, so 2 lbs a week. Right on track. I KNOW I'm gaining muscle too cuz I can see a size improvement in my arms and legs.

Chest and Tri today:

 

3 sets of bench: 135 lbs x10.

3 sets of incline: 95lbs x10

3 sets of flies: 90 lbs x 10

3 sets of cable pull down for triceps: 100 lbs x 10

3 sets of skull crushers and then 10 bench reps with the bar

3 sets of the dips machine: 140 lbs x 10

3 sets tricep extensions: 35, 35, 40 lbs x 10

3 sets of sit ups with a 25 lb weight x 15

3 sets of the crunches machine with 80 lbs of weight 15 reps

Back and Bi today:

 

3 sets of pull-ups till you cant

3 sets of bent over rows: 65 lbs x 10

3 sets of seated rows: 100 lbs x 10

3 sets of lat pull downs: 90 lbs x 10

3 sets of barbell bicep curls: 65 lbs x 10

3 sets of dumbell bicep curls on an incline: 35 lbs x 10

3 sets of 15 sit-ups with a 25 lb weight

3 sets of the crunches machine: 90 lbs x 15

17 days through P90X... I'm getting used to every workout and I've already seen pretty noticeable results. Still 73 days to go and I can't even imagine how I'll be on day 90.

What are your results like? Just noticable toning of muscles or weight loss, or both?

3 sets of barbell shoulder press 70 lbs x 10

3 sets of dumbell shoulder press 35 lbs x 10

3 sets of shrugs 100 lbs x 10

3 sets of dumbell butterfly 25 lbs x 10

3 sets of hamstring curls 80 lbs x 10

3 sets of leg extensions 90 lbs x 10

3 sets of 15 situps with 25 lb weight

3 sets of 10 hanging leg raises

3 sets of the crunches machine at 90 lbs

What's everyones results for P90x looking like? I figure its been about a month since most of yall started it.

 

Not doing the P90x but since I started workout out consistently 2 months ago I've noticed a huge change. My triceps, pecs, biceps, shoulders and traps are all way bigger than they were when I first started. Only thing I gotta do more of is cardio. I still have a bit of a stomach because I stopped playing basketball for a while and my diet sucks. I eat some real unhealthy [expletive].

Amazing man. I finished my 25th day and I look way better than when I started. Six pac is way more defined, I went from doing 16 pullups to 30 straight (reverse grip). I'm in great shape. :D

Let me buy it off you when you're done!

Psh, I'll be doing this program in rounds haha. After my 90 days I'm taking a 3 week break to work on building up muscle mass in the gym, then I'm gonna hop back into the program. :)

 

Sorry though, you should definitely buy it though haha the results are ridiculous and I'm not even 1/3 of the way done.
