I did about 150 pushups the whole workout but i struggled at pullups but i know ill get better soon. Im so sore tho and im loving it so far. JWaLL Posted July 26, 2010 Report Share Posted July 26, 2010 Just did Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps + Ab Ripper X today, and damn I think I pulled something in my back doing some of the standing tricep poses... during those last couple reps I try to use my body for momentum and something just popped. I have been seeing much better results with this routine. Probably because your bi's/tri's are technically getting hit twice a week this way. Plus you get to focus more on your bigger muscles like your chest and back on those days. You should try it imo, it's working for me.
