Cleveland's Finest
Artest had absolutely no impact offensively, and Odom needs to play a bigger role in these games. Gasol, Bynum, Fisher, and Bryant look good when called upon, but Artest and Odom need to contribute much more. 1-10 for Artest? Ugly ending to a sloppy game. Throughout this game there were spurts where both teams played carelessly and gave up open shots. Lakers looked unbeatable in mid-4th quarter, but I don't know what happened. That one possession when they were down 7 and Artest kept dribbling and then threw up a contested shot was hideous. Kobe got a 3 right after but still, Kobe needed more touches then, and down the stretch as a whole.

Lemon
Ouch. For a second i thought we'd survive Ray Allen's record 8 3 pts. Ron Artest wasn't making anything. And Kobe ran too many isos especially to start the game.
Kobe824
Lakers lost to Rondo in the 4th. Rondo > All Lakers in the 4th Quarter Lakers better win at least one at Boston

Guru
You should be glad Kobe even got to play in the last portion of the game.No way that was a foul on that fastbreak. He went straight up and never brought his hands down, if Ray Allen was smart he would have went right around him and layed it in.
SeasonSeven
Odom must have had too many honey buns before the game and got a stomach ache.

Cobb
As for the poll question about Garnett, it looks like most of us were wrong. He only got 4 rebounds.

kingfish
Smh Kobe, awful. Dumb fouls, inneficient, terrible D, turnovers. We had a tie game in the 4th and he couldnt close it for us. Odom needs to be in the same category, man what a bum. Bynum showed a lot of heart tonight, Gasol was pretty good too. The bench made some hustle plays, but were pretty bad overall. That was garbage, dont leave shooters in game 3 and Kobe actually showing up to play is needed. That stupid tough guy routine doesnt fool me anymore, he needs to show the [expletive] up and actually dominate the finals if he wants to be the best. Owner Real Deal Posted June 7, 2010 Author Owner Report Share Posted June 7, 2010 Trolls are out...probably a record for a gameday topic this season. Super fantastic call at the end of the game, when it was clearly off Garnett. No big deal, though...we lost the game ourselves. On to Game 3. Lol 80% of the time that is a foul, if Kobe doesn't already have 5 fouls, at that point in the game, that is a foul.
GamerGuy
I'm going to be honest, the officiating in this game was terrible for both teams. But goodness gracious, how was that not out of bounds on KG? Replay CLEARLY showed it was off of Garnett, yet they didn't overturn it? That would of been Lakers ball and down only three, instead of five. But we didn't lose because of that. We lost because we didn't play well. We did a terrible job of sticking to Ray Allen, and we weren't very crisp offensively, especially in the second half. Odom was a no-show, and Artest had a bad game. Bench was terrible, especially defensively. We need to do a much better job of staying focused, both offensively and defensively. Boston did what they had to do, and that was steal on in L.A. Now the Lakers need to return the favor on Tuesday.

I posted something about it, but ESPN has to like pre approve certain posts or something. Doubt they would allow that.

kingfish
We are super [expletive]ed because we dont need to steal just 1 in Boston, we need 2 WINS in Boston in order to have a chance at closing it out in 6. If we only win 1 in Boston, our only chance is to win in game 7, that puts a ton of pressure on us and anything can happen. Just like how they would be screwed if they lost tonight because then they would need all 3 in Boston to be in control. Something has to drastically change in order for us to take 2 in Boston. He said "s**t" and after he says it, the sound dies from the censors killing the air. Maybe the FCC needs to make live events an 8-second rule instead of seven seconds? Lemon
Wanna add that Boston had 13 offensive rebounds but Lakers had 10. Can't keep letting Rondo getting those. Our back court was horrible defensively.
