bigdog17k
Wow no Alex Rios love? I guess we're forgetting what kind of year he's having at the plate. Plus he's always been good defensively. Edit: Also Paul Konerko has been very good at first base for being 34. These are always really biased.

Phightins
Lol Polonco over Wright and McGehee and Rollins over Hanley, what a shame Says the guy who probably voted Reyes, Beltran, and Delgado last season. And Polanco over Wright is really not that laughable, FYI. Should definitely be Casey McGehee over either of them though, and Ryan Zimmerman over any of those 3. I don't vote for all stars I feel it's a waste of my time as 1 vote will not do anything considering most of these guys win by 20,000-30,000. Polonco over Wright is really that laughable Wright is better in every single stat except BA. However, with the ASG deciding home field advantage don't we want the absolute best players starting? I agree McGehee deserves to be there but despite his better stats in 1 game I'd take Wright over McGehee. NL should look like this C: Molina1B: Pujols2B: Utley3B: Wright/ZimmermanSS: RamirezLF: BraunCF: WerthRF: Either Edited June 6, 2010 by Fish7718
Phightins
C: Molina1B: Pujols2B: Utley3B: Wright/ZimmermanSS: RamirezLF: BraunCF: WerthRF: Either Agree with everything, except Wright should not be in the same discussion as Zimmerman. I am surprised you didn't mention Wright having a superior OPS to Polanco for your argument there. But if you want to talk about crazy OPS's, check out Zimmerman. Of all the positions, I actually think that is one of the easiest positions to pick for this year. But a lot can change in the next few weeks... But a lot can change in the next few weeks...I agree at the moment Zimmerman is the better choice, I just feel Wright is currently heating up, and Zimmerman has been over performing since coming back. Right now Zimmerman > Wright obv, but who knows what can happen over a month. Yeah I would have mentioned Wrights OPS but it's not just his OPS, it's every offensive stats, SB's, 2b's, 3b's, hr's, obp, slg...except K's of course, Wright is on pace for like

Phightins
I thought Chicago was a pretty big market. Well, it is, but the White Sox don't have the national presence that a few other AL teams do (I don't think I need to mention which teams I am talking about ). SeasonSeven
Texiera being above Cabrera is a crime. Hell, I'm a Tex fan, and don't really care for Miggy all that much, but anybody can see that he's having a much better year.
