Key things for both teams in Game 2

The NBA finals have been very competetive so far.From the Rondo triple-double, the Ray Allen 3-pt record the Lakers blocked shots record.. This is the 2010 NBA finals.. I will be naming some key things both teams need to do/ improve on to win the NBA championship.

 

The Lakers

- Keep Bynum active on offence like he was in Game 2

 

- Make sure you don't get in too much foul trouble (Game 2: Kobe (5), Artest (6),Andrew Bynum (5)

Make sure Artest keeps on playing good D on Pierce like he's been playing so far

 

- Give Odom more minutes because he's shownhe's a great rebounder, the Celtics have outrebounded the Lakers in Game 2 by 5 rebounds.

 

-Make sure the Celtics get less Offensive rebounds for a second chance at a FG

 

- Don't play stupid on offence, the Celtics have shown what happens when you play loose offence.. The Celtics are better in full-court basketball rather than half-court.

 

The Celtics

-Give more shots to Allen, he explodes when he gets enough shots.

 

- Get Pierce and Garnett involved on Offence more.. They need these two

 

-Play Sheed more. Every team needs a good shooting big man. He' prooved himself this series.

 

- Do not make dumb plays, the Lakers will catch up as shown last night.

 

-Don't foul as much as you did in Game 2. It's rediculous having the opposing team shoot 41 FTs.

 

If both teams try to work on these tips. Who do you think would win. Also, add more tips if you wan't.

Lakers - stop Rondo

 

Celtics - stop Bynum

The main key for the Lakers would be to stop Rajon Rondo, it'll be hard seeing as if Allen explodes like in Game 2 then Kobe might be forced to guard Allen and Rondo will easily blow past Fisher or almost anyone else on the Lakers team. For the Celtics their main concern would probably to contain Kobe, which they were able to do in Game 2 but I also think they will need to stop Gasol.
