Cobb Posted June 13, 2010 Report Share Posted June 13, 2010 I forgot my password to my PayPal account earlier this week. I have like $30 in it just sitting there. I have tried to change my password but you have to answer security questions in order to. For whatever reason I made them something random because the answers I put in don't work. It asks me the city I was born in and the last four digits of my SSN. I'm not sure why I'd put some random city but I made the account a few years ago. Now the debacle I'm in is that I'm only 17, will be 18 in September. Apparently, you're supposed to be 18 or older to have an account. I was thinking about calling them but considering I'm not even old enough to have an account I figured it would be a bad idea. What should I do? It might have your password, security question and answer on it. If not, I'm not sure. Wait till you're 18 I guess. Or just call and tell them you're 18. Maybe for your security answer, you misspelled the answer originally on accident. So maybe you added an extra letter or forgot to put a letter in. I've tried both and neither worked. Also, the question about the SSN is the one I think I'm getting wrong. I don't even recall having to put my SSN in before. I've tried both my moms and mine.
