I wouldn't waste your money on both, so if you have XBOX already just stick with it.This, pretty much. If you don't have a Blu-Ray player yet, it's a good option for that price range. Your not gonna buy a PS3 just for the hell of it when all of your friends have an Xbox, same thing the other way around. Sure, PS3 has good games, but I just take the hit because I am not gonna buy a console to play one game and never play online because I hate playing online without friends. But one misconception is the idea that Playstation 3 has no games. Heavy Rain, God of War, Metal Gear Solid, MLB the Show, ModNation, Uncharted, Killzone, LittleBigPlanet, Resistance, Infamous, Motorstorm. XBOX was cheaper and came out first, so they already had a base community and for that reason alone people drifted towards XBOX. It's also the "cooler" system for younger/teen gamers, it's been that way since the original XBOX came out against the PS2. I had a 360, but eventually traded it in for a PS3 because I like the exclusives a ton more, I don't feel the drop in online gaming (sure, the dashboard isn't pretty, it's a tad longer to connect with friends from the in-game menu, and you can't party chat while playing different games... but it's not breaking for me), and the overall experience has been more enjoyable for me. Plus, you get the PSOne DLC with games like FF8, Crash Bandicoot, etc.  One thing I miss from my 360? Scene It! That was a bomb party game. MLB.TV is available on there as well.Nice Waldo, you forgot to mention Twisted Metal and Gran Turismo, which will come out at some point for PS3 Not to mention 360 exclusives are coming to PS3 now, Dead Rising was a 360 exclusive, it'll be on both systems now.
