Poe
The first game looks very interesting. Both star players from the Sun and the Mercury are coming off some huge games. The Sun's rookie center Tina Charles had 26 points and 19 rebounds against the Sparks last Friday, and Diana Taurasi of the Mercury had 39 points, 7 assists, and 7 boards against the Silverstars the same day. It's like Dwight Howard versus a prime-time T-Mac. Should be a fun game (Go Mercury!) The second match up includes the league-best Seattle Storm that has a 10-2 record, and are 6-0 at home. It's easy to expect that they'll dominate with their big three Sue Bird, Lauren Jackson, and Swin Cash. You never know what can happen, though. Becky Hammon and Sophia Young just came off strong performances with Becky having 21 points and 10 assists, while Sophia had 25 point and 10 rebounds in a close win against the Mercury. It feels almost like a Celtics vs Spurs game, with Seattle and their "big three", and San Antonio with their Guard-Bigman combo (Hammon-Young/Parker-Duncan), as well as a very talented wing in Chamique Holdsclaw. As far as predictions go, I got the Mercury pulling off a win on the Sun, and Seattle adding another W to their dominating record. Owner Real Deal Posted June 23, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted June 23, 2010 FYI - you and Dee have full reign in your own WNBA forum. Figured you two talk about the game enough, I might as well just pull it away from "Other Basketball" this time around.

Cobb
I might actually tune into a game or two if they weren't on NBATV.
