Friday night, against the Los Angeles Angeles, the team will see if Chamberlain can put the words into practice, according to the New York Post. "I don't think Joba goes out there not trying to be aggressive," manager Joe Girardi said of the right-hander who didn't get out of the fourth inning in the last start Sunday against the Blue Jays. "We talked about it and some times pitchers get out of whack and it's hard to throw strikes," the manager said. "It's something we will continue to talk to him about."---http://www.nypost.com/seven/07102009/sports/yankees/girardi_hopes_for_more_aggressive_joba_o_178495.htm
Teletopez
He's been getting into a lot of 3-2 counts, and sometimes he totally loses control of the K-zone. I don't think he'll be a starter for the whole year, he'll likely reach his pitch count limit and go back to the bullpen with some of the season left. Carmelamare
He needs to go back to the bullpen, he's been inept as a starter.
