Jalen Rose reports from his sources that LeBron James will almost certainly not return to the Cavaliers as a free agent.

BREAKING NEWS (research/sources say) It is almost CERTAIN that LEBRON JAMES WILL NOT be returning to the CAVS! (Bulls/Heat/Clips)--Jalen Rose

Rose lists the Bulls, Heat and Clippers in parentheses, presumably James' likeliest destinations.--ESPN

Exciting, but if it's not WWW I don't trust it.

Ford/Simmons (forget who) said in the mock thing that sources close to him think CP3 will be a Net, likely tomorrow. Interesting... I'd love to see a CP3/T-Will/LeBron/Whoever/Brook lineup... even if the whoever has to be Yi.

LeBron won't play for the Nets until they move to Brooklyn.

Two years ago on some halftime show, Jalen Rose said that it was a guarantee that Bosh and LeBron would come to New York. I hope somebody remembers that and punches him in the face if he's wrong. Not because of any animosity for Bosh/Bron coming to the Big Apple, but for Rose making a completely baseless guarantee. Of all the smart basketball minds out there, Rose is employed by ESPN.
