I don't know if it's real (documentary) or just a movie... it turns my stomach... I watched it long ago, maybe I couldn't stand it then, maybe I should try again... The nastiest part is probably with the chick getting a mud-rock shoved in her vagina, and the big [expletive] stick that looked like a huge dick being put into her.
