His Greatness
On basketball-reference he's listed at 6'10'', 230lbs. The 230lbs part is the bigger issue playing at Center. It isn't like he's Dennis Rodman or Charles Barkley on the boards, either. A major issue if you're playing LA or Orlando. You sunk my battleship. But the thing is, even without Bosh, what other options do they have at center (assuming they don't retain Shaq)?
Owner Real Deal Posted June 28, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted June 28, 2010 You sunk my battleship. But the thing is, even without Bosh, what other options do they have at center (assuming they don't retain Shaq)? They could just be happy with a sign-and-trade deal that brings LeBron to LA and Bynum to Cleveland. That will definitely jump-start their dynasty, trustttt me.

Good question. I'm sure LeBron is wondering as well
Jammin
I truly think that if LeBron, Wade and Bosh all want to win a ring, the Heat is the only option. The Heat still will have an average-good supporting cast outside of those 3 players, and I think all 3 can combine into being a good core to win for a long time. LeBron will still be putting up his 25/7/7, Wade and Bosh's numbers will slide a bit, but I'm sure they won't mind after a 3rd straight ring. Erick Blasco
I'd go with Varejao/Bosh/LeBron as my frontcourt too in this hypothetical situation. Bosh would get pounded down if he played major minutes at the five, and you'd need a defender to mask Bosh and avoid situations where LeBron is defending other centers. You also wouldn't need an offensive center with so much other frontcourt scoring. I don't know if Cleveland has the finances to sign Bosh considering that for some reason everyone decided last year that the thing standing in the way of the Cavs and a championship was a stretch four. Antawn Jamison makes over 13 million dollars why?!?!?!!?
Erick Blasco
I'd also like to see a team of LeBron, Wade, Bosh, Shaq (or some other free agent center with no range past 8 feet), and Raymond Felton play against any good defense. It will be awesome talent and the physics of horrible spacing vs lesser talent and five defenders within three feet of one another. I want to see THAT team take on Boston or LA in the playoffs. Nitro
Antawn Jamison makes over 13 million dollars why?!?!?!!? Same reason Joe Johnson will likely be getting a max contract.

Seeing as it's a hypothetical situation, I'd just assume they could get it done.
Flash
Broussard just said there's no chance Bosh ends up in Cleveland.
Erick Blasco
Broussard just said there's no chance Bosh ends up in Cleveland. But did Broussard say there's no chance of LeBron, Wade, Bosh, Shaq (or some other free agent center with no range past 8 feet), and Raymond Felton!!!!!
