People are allowed to send you money w/o it being verified. Of course I linked my bank account up to it eventually to transfer the money into there, but you can have an unverified PayPal account with money in it. Of course I linked my bank account up to it eventually to transfer the money into there, but you can have an unverified PayPal account with money in it.As long as you have a credit card on it then you have a sending limit, which is $10K I think.
