moeroadkill
i thought it could only be discussed? or can they verbally agree? then come 8th or 7th they can make it official not saying i think this is true but yeah.
Dash
Posters on the Knicks board are claiming the twitter is a fake account.
bigdog17k
^ A beat writer with only 60 followers? Yah, prolly fake... I'd just wait and see. Sounds like bogus.

Dash
Suns radio host. Gambo620 I do not expect a sign and trade to happen for Amare. I also believe that he has a max contract offer on table from Knicks right now.
bigdog17k
Alex Kennedy is reporting the same, must be pretty true if all these other sources are reporting it as well.
Nitro
Verrrrrry interesting, although not a huge surprise. Amare loves attention, and he'll get more of that than he can imagine in NY. If true, Knicks fans should be thrilled. Not all that much better than David Lee, but Amare is still a tremendous player.
NomarFachix
If it gets confirmed, I'm throwing a party, while Fish becomes immensely downtrodden.
Lkr
Alex Kennedy is reporting the same, must be pretty true if all these other sources are reporting it as well. They are probably just following suit and agreeing so they don't look like morons if it happens and they never reported on it. They'd rather say its a 'rumor' so they have a backup plan in case it doesn't happen.

Lkr
Yeah, that would be hilarious. Especially if the guy who started it turns out to be a fake beat writer. He probably is, which will be the funniest part about it. I thought Amare didn't want to go to the Knicks to begin with anyway
Dash
Swish and the Suns radio host only mentioned that the Knicks are frontrunners, no word of an actual deal yet. The guy who first broke this story even changed his position. Another source says knicks are "frontrunners" for amare. Get some sleep people. Not happening tonight. No timetable set... Dash
Wojo speaks: Knicks haven't yet made an offer to Amar'e, sources say. Sides will talk over weekend. LBJ and Wade still recruiting forwards for themselves
Jammin
So this means the Suns are still close to the cap, still have to resign 3-4 players back, and are losing Amare. Woooooo this is going to be a fun 5 years.
fish7718
If it gets confirmed, I'm throwing a party, while Fish becomes immensely downtrodden.Eh it's not that I don't like Amar'e I do, and it'd be awesome to have him back wit D'antoni, but it limits our options from here on out, I would be fine over all thought get Amar'e and resigning Lee then next year going out and get Melo and having Douglas - Chandler - Melo - Amar'e - Lee with Nillo off the bench
Need4Sheed
Anyone going to NY (other than the Nets) is doing it only for $ reasons. This franchise is pathetic.

JYD
Amare + Joe Johnson to the Knicks. Trade for Steve Nash. Reunion baby! ugh...see, IMO, this is a nightmare waiting to happen. I like Amare, but only if we can get LeBron too, or Wade, Joe Johnson just doesn't do it for me...sorry.
