Dash
I would have posted this in the other thread but made a new one since it concerns two more players. The Pacers are offering one-year deals at around $3.5 million to free agents so they can have as much salary-cap flexibility as possible in the future, according to sources. http://blogs.indystar.com/pacersinsider/archives/2010/07/dont_get_nervou.html Weak offers, I could only see Farmar accepting it. Newman
Felton and Lowry can do better than 3.5m. Farmar can as well, but a guarantee that he will start may be able to lure him.
Erick Blasco
I wouldn't pay Lowry more than 3.5 million. Felton could do better waiting to see who the loser of the LeBron/Wade/Bosh sweepstakes is and getting that team to give him a big contract. Owner Real Deal Posted July 3, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted July 3, 2010 I wouldn't pay Lowry more than 3.5 million. Farmar, I don't know...he could put up better numbers if he plays more minutes, but he's probably in that range as well. Felton can get at least the MLE from someone, and do much better than a one-year deal.
Dash
Lowry was one of the better backup points last year, Morey can pay him the full MLE and I would be perfectly fine with it.
