Guest STL10
Wherever Chris Bosh heads next, he'll likely have to do so on his own -- and at a slightly discounted rate. The Toronto Raptors have become increasingly disenchanted with the idea of helping Bosh obtain a maximum contract via a sign-and-trade deal, according to a league source. Because of the higher annual raises and additional year a "home" team can offer its own player, Bosh could make $125.5 million over six years if he re-signed with the Raptors and they moved him elsewhere; he could make $96.1 million over five years by signing outright with another team.--ESPN FULL STORY
Jammin
Good. He's leaving the Raptors high and dry and doing it with so little class. I thought he'd be more kind to the city that put up with his [expletive] and ugly dinosaur face, but I guess not.
Owner Real Deal Posted July 3, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted July 3, 2010 He seems to be acting greedy and arrogant at times. I don't know. I think it'll end up leaving a sour taste in the Toronto fans' mouths. The more he does it, the more I really don't want that sign-and-trade with the Lakers. I know it's a long shot from happening, but still...
Check my Stats
Meh, I am kind of annoyed at his behaviour but at the same time this is the first time in his NBA career he is really the center of attention. No way Raptors turn down getting value just to spite Bosh because of his behaviour... it sucks he is leaving this way because now he will probably get mixed reactions coming back when really he should have been getting a standing ovation, he should have just kept his mouth shut and walked away like a professional.
