Legacy
Ray Allen and the Celtics have agreed upon a two-year, $20 million deal, his agent Lon Babby confirmed. The second year of Allen's deal is a player option.Source
Doc
Good, if Ray went to Miami, I`d be pissed. I would like to seen him in Chiacgo too.

Warren2ThaG
They might snag Kwame or Shaq too.
bigdog17k
Would have loved to see him join Chicago. Can't blame him for wanting to rejoin the Celtics though.
crabbylion
On a scale of 1-10 what's the signinficance of a Ray Allen re-signing? The last of a dying breed.
The Regime
Good move by the Celts and Ray Allen, at this point in his career he's best suited in Boston. The Celts can still make one more push next season imo, I don't know if it's only me but I would still take the Celts over the Heat because of their experience as a collective unit. He can still help teams out who need the presence of an outside scorer.

Erick Blasco
On a scale of 1-10 what's the signinficance of a Ray Allen re-signing? The last of a dying breed. Well, the Celtics did knock Wade and LeBron out of last year's playoffs.
Check my Stats
Good signing for both, manageable contract for a still useful player, considering someone like Mike Miller will get like 5/30.
