Not saying this deal gets done, but is there any other team in the league willing to absorb his huge contract in a trade? This may be the only option the Raptors have if they wanna get rid of him. This would only make sense if the deal was Odom for Hedo, but the Lakers don't have a quality back up PF and insurance for Bynum/Gasol. Hedo has an 8M trade kicker in his contract. Is Hedo really worth 50M for 4 years to come off the bench and play limited minutes behind Artest? It would be stupid for the Lakers to have two underachieving players coming off the bench and making over 8M each per year.
