Teletopez
I though the AL was going to lose when Jonathan Pappelbon entered the game. I have very little confidence in him.The first two pitches gave a scare. The first batter (I don't remember who it was) was robbed of a HR. The second hit it to the track. Lkr
leave it to Phillies to blow the gameDidn't David Wright have 2 late throws in the first inning? I don't think you should blame it on the Phillies players.
Teletopez
Make it 12-0-1 in the last 13 seasons. It was cool to see Obama up in the booth with Buck and McCarver for a half inning. I hope Jeter's wrist is fine. Good to see him score 2 runs. Pujols fielding was great. He saved the NL from a run or two after his error that allowed a run in the first inning. And Mo sets a record 4 All-Star game saves. He pitched his eighth inning All-Star baseball.

Phightins
AL wins. Wow some baseball fans u guys are, and this one counts. That is precisely the problem. leave it to Phillies to blow the game Why don't you worry about your anemic offense and thinking of new ways to choke this season. Although it is kind of difficult to choke from fourth place I guess. Edited July 15, 2009 by Phightins09
Cobb
YAY! NL loses another one. Wonder when they'll ever win again.
Phightins
In the last handful it isn't even like they really got outplayed. Losing a lot of 1-run games. Can't really put a finger on why it's happening.
kingfish
I figured it out. Better closers for the AL, Papelbon Nathan and Rivera to shut the door. NL has nobody, K-Rod is off and on.

fish7718
Well, you didn't do a good job signaling that it was a joke lol.Next time will, I thought it was obvious to everyone that former Mets fatass Heath Bell still can't handle the big stage and blew it. The Phillies players played well, good defense.
