TheHutch
I was given Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as a gift, but I already have it. It is unopened, but I don't have the receipt. Anyone know what the return policy at GameStop is for this? I was thinking maybe I could get a good amount of store credit for this and get NCAA Football 2011 tomorrow, but I'm not sure how that will work. Anyone do this before? Thanks. Cobb
I don't think you'll be able to return it without a receipt. When I traded my copy in back a month or so ago I got $25 so that's what I'd do.

TheHutch
Even if it wasn't purchased at Wal-Mart? (Which I don't know that for sure, but just in case.)
fish7718
Even if it wasn't purchased at Wal-Mart? (Which I don't know that for sure, but just in case.)If it was from Wal-Mart they are def the best, at worst you will get store credit, you'll get peanuts from gamestop the suck at returning games. I broke my nba 2k8 when I got it, and i got it for christmas my parents paid 60 for it I brought back to walmart in january and not only did they replace it but they refunded me $20 because the price of the game went down. I broke a few of my games walmart has replaced them all free of charge, I suggest buying and returning all your games there.

Lkr
Wal Mart really doesn't care where it was bought as long as its unopened
Jammin
Yeah it doesn't matter where it was purchased, just bring it back to Wal Mart. The store isn't losing money, because they know that copy you returned will be bought within a week.
