HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA yes!!!! All those Cavs fans are like 'Big Z wouldn't do that, he's true to the Cavs.' Maybe now they'll realize that the NBA is a business.

Do you extremley hate the Cavaliers? In every topic dealing with something about the Cavs, you are all about bashing them.

But I don't blame Z at all for this. He was loyal to the Cavs for 14 years, even coming back after being traded. Good luck to Z and his family.

No I don't hate any team but the Lakers lol. I just think it looks good on the Cavs fans who were burning his jersey and saying he was a coward and stuff. He made a decision that was in the best interest for him. He already got MVP, All-stars, scoring titles, broke many records, pretty much the only thing he needed to get was a ring and he was never going to get it in Cleveland. He made the right decision to win a ring, and it's sad that his old 'die hard fans' felt like he owed them something. He did what he could with the team he had, and then he realized it was going nowhere.

Now I'm indifferent towards him. Does he have a right to leave? Heck yeah. But why the Heat? You know how this city feels, you've been here 14 years. Go to the Lakers, Bucks. Maybe I'm being selfish, but I felt hurt when I heard this. So whatever.

Somehow Miami has all this money all the sudden to get players. Questionable how this salary cap works.

He took the veterans minimum which for him is the 1.3 million.

I can't believe this. Two of the cornerstone players of this franchise a few years ago are now on a different team together.

Cavs fans will go nuts for Z when the Heat come here, so at least LBJ will get to hear the respect that loyal people get.

Just because he spent 7 more ringless years in Cleveland, doesn't make him any more loyal. He is also chasing a ring right now, with the best team in the NBA.

Another anti-Cavs fan post.

And when did I rip Z. I said maybe I was being selfish.

And when you see Z being cheered and LeBron being booed to the point of no return, you'll realize that maybe those 7 years did make him more loyal. Z didn't talk about free agency, didn't have a posse of thugs following him around, and never made the fans question his ability or allegiance.

Lakers are the best team. Once Wade and LBJ start joking around asking Bosh to rebound their shots or when one of them gets in trouble at the club, their chemistry will burst. My point is, the team is very volatile. Remember, those three and Carmelo lost to Greece.

1) I don't hate the Cavs, just lost alot of respect for the way everyone reacted.

2) I didn't say you ripped Big Z, so I don't know where that came from.

3) Big Z didn't talk about fee agency because Cleveland was the only place he had a chance to be a 'franchise' type player, so why would he leave?

4) They also won GOLD in China, which was more recent, meaning they matured..

The difference with Z is that he's not in the prime of his career. He stayed in Cleveland during losing years of his prime. Z was nothing but loyal and now he is just trying to get on a star studded team and try to ride the bench to get a ring. The Cavs even traded Z away last season, and he still came back. I hope Cavs fans don't take this the wrong way, Z put up his best years in Cleveland.

Disappointing. I've got a feeling this is because the Cavs traded Z away last year (although he came back upon his own request). Still, as Lkr said above, he has dedicated his best years to the Cavs and should not be judged harshly upon his decision.

The Heat's 8-man rotation so far looks fantastic, they are filling in the holes beautifully. Z will give them a big body to put next to Bosh that can rebound and defend pretty well, as well as finish in both the inside and midrange. He's not the tough, defensive minded Center that the Heat ideally wanted, but he's much better than what you can usually get with the vet minimum. His size will be important on this team, which is still undersized in the frontcourt positions.
