I am a tall, skinny dude, so tight jeans make me look like an idiot and they are really tight around my nuts. It really all depends on what you feel comfortable with. Other than that, I don't see any situation where a guy would want to wear a mini skirt and sports bra, unless he just wanted to shock people, like Marilyn Manson who often wears women clothing.
