Ouch. Very akward, and should give everyone plenty of insight into why Kahn gave Darko his hefty contract

I was hoping I wasn't the only one to see this, haha. Man, C-Webb had me in tears when he kept telling him, "Don't put me and Darko in the same sentence."

 

 

I think the "best big man passer" comment hurt Webber, though. I have to say that Chris is the best big man passer in the history of the game, better than Vlade and miles better than Darko.

When he said "big man passer" I think he was comparing strictly to other centers, at least in his own mind. It was pretty awkward with Chris Webber sitting right there, though.

 

Kahn may not be the greatest speaker in the world, but I think he does have his own vision set for the direction of his team. He has a strong young core to build around in Love, Beasley, Flynn, and even Darko, as well as Rubio when he finally gets here, all of them under some favorable contracts. Perhaps a couple players should be traded for pieces that fit better, but the talent and the youth is there for the Wolves. As he said, they are heading in the right direction to start making more noise in a couple years.
