Half of his overall NBA salary for the next 5 years combined is going to this house. Wow. Sick house, but I can't justify a house that expensive. Jammin
I know, but still.. even if I had a billion dollars, I couldn't put a reason to buying a house with 15 rooms when you have 3 people in your family. But it's his money, not judging, just couldn't do it myself.

YugoRocketsFan
15 rooms? Depends what he uses them for, its not like all 15 are bedrooms. He can have a entertainment room, etc. etc. If I was super rich, a bball court, swimming pool, gaming room, entertainment room would be a must. For $50M it should have at least 20-25 rooms.
SRV
It has a load of land, it has a football field, a court, a massive pool, its by the bay, and it has a beautiful view of the city from the backyard. It probably has a lot of rooms, but its about 50 mil for other reasons.

Honestly i think it would just be annoying to have so much room, lol you would have to walk like 5 minutes to go to your bath room.
Flash
That house is 50 mil because of location. It doesn't get much better in this city than on the water in Gables by the Sea.

Sun Tzu
I read somewhere that this was previously Pat Riley's and Alan Potamkin's house and apparently LeBron only paid $35 million for it because it was on the market for so long.
