The Goods
The Wizards have made a contract offer to free-agent center Fabricio Oberto. Terms of the deal weren't reported by the San Antonio Express-News on Monday night. Oberto was traded by the Spurs to the Bucks, who then flipped him to the Pistons. Detroit released him shortly after. JWaLL
I heard he already turned down an offer made by the Wizards because he doesn't think we can contend for a championship, which to me is a load of bull. But if we do end up getting him, that would be a great acquisition. He is a true rebounding force, and right now that's all we need.
OldChili
I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up back on the Spurs.
Wall2Wall
Eh, I don't want him. But he's someone who can play 5-10 minutes in some games and play solid defense/rebounding and pick up good hard fouls.
