SRV Posted July 22, 2010 Report Share Posted July 22, 2010 Well if your friends have this game then buy it, you'll find yourself not really caring about the game and just fooling around.I don't play seriously anymore, I only use my sniper in public matches, quick scoping and all that, and if not I play a private match with some friends. They both take a lot of skill, but I think it is more difficult to be great at Halo than it is at COD since most weapons in COD only take a few shots to kill someone. But in COD, it only takes a few shots (a lot of times just one) to kill an enemy. Even the sniper in Halo sometimes takes 2 shots if you don't land the headshot. SRV Posted July 22, 2010 Report Share Posted July 22, 2010 I have seen some sick Halo players...check out a guy named Dutchyvids on youtube. Guy is like the god of halo in my eyes. He gets multi-kills like its nothing. Bringing me to another point, Halo is hard to get used to, so a lot of scrubs are playing it and getting the good players easy kills. Anyone can play Cod on the other hand, and there are a lot of cheap tactics, so it is challenging at times because even an idiot can succeed, making it hard for good players. fish7718 Posted July 22, 2010 Report Share Posted July 22, 2010 I think Halo is absolutley terrible, as do I believe Gears of War is. In shooters, when you shoot someone they should die. They should not be able to take a full clip from your primary gun and be fine in 5 seconds. Retarded IMO. I even dislike normal call of duty modes and favor hardcore because when you shoot ppl they die. However hardcore is full of people who just camp.
