Owner Real Deal Posted July 28, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 Atlanta Hawks - Jordan CrawfordThought he was fearless the way he played at Xavier, especially in his last college game. I'm not a big fan of anyone else on the team, anyway.Boston Celtics - Ray AllenOnly because his son has diabetes...so I'm more of a fan of his son.Charlotte Bobcats - Shaun LivingstonStarted rooting for him after that severe knee injury.Chicago Bulls - Derrick RoseHated him at Memphis, but he's a hard worker and he respects the game and the players in it.Cleveland Cavaliers - Leon PoweDon't really like him, either, but there's nobody else on the Cavs I can stand.Dallas Mavericks - Jason KiddOne of my favorite point guards of all-time. In his prime, he was pretty close to the complete player.Denver Nuggets - Arron AfflaloBecause he plays defense and knows his role on the team.Detroit Pistons - Ben WallaceUndersized center, defensive monster, 0% body fat...all in his prime, but still.Golden State Warriors - Stephen CurryDude is a baller. Unselfish, can shoot the rock, and is a playmaker.Houston Rockets - Yao MingMost complete offensive center I've seen in years, doesn't run his mouth.Indiana Pacers - Brandon RushJayhawks. Just hope he finally finds his game.Los Angeles Clippers - Blake GriffinLooking forward to him winning ROY, or at least contending for it.Los Angeles Lakers - Kobe BryantMy favorite player before he was even drafted.Memphis Grizzlies - Xavier HenryJayhawks. I wouldn't mind if he turned out to be an all-star player, even if he's in the West.Miami Heat - Mario ChalmersJayhawks, and because I really don't like anyone else there besides Wade and Anthony.Milwaukee Bucks - Brandon JenningsBecause his first name is Brandon (no joke). Not a big fan of anyone on the team.Minnesota Timberwolves - Michael BeasleyKevin Love a close second.New Jersey Nets - Derrick FavorsEveryone else tanked last season.New Orleans Hornets - Julian WrightJayhawks, and because he doesn't care about ring-chasing just yet.New York Knicks - Toney DouglasHe was a Laker for a few minutes.Oklahoma City Thunder - Kevin DurantA humble superstar, hard worker, everything you'd want in a franchise player.Orlando Magic - JJ RedickContinues to improve, working diligently on his defense.Philadelphia 76ers - Evan TurnerHoping he can become the all-star I projected before the draft.Phoenix Suns - Grant HillOne of my favorite players of all-time.Portland Trail Blazers - Greg OdenLoved his play when he was in Ohio State, just hoping his career finally takes off.Sacramento Kings - Tyreke EvansGood player, not exactly a favorite...but I like the potential.San Antonio Spurs - Tim DuncanOne of the greatest players ever, love the complete game.Toronto Raptors - Sonny WeemsBeen a fan ever since he put me on SportsCenter.Utah Jazz - Deron WilliamsRespect his game, not a fan of any other Jazz player.Washington Wizards - Kirk HinrichOne of the best defensive guards in the NBA, good offensive player when his role is maximized. NomarFachix
Hawks - Jamal Crawford. Love his offensive game, and his crossover is a thing of true beauty. Got a bad rap in NY.Celtics - Does Sheed still count? If not, I love the 'never quit' attitude of Big Baby.Bobcats - Nazr Mohammed. One of my favorite Knicks of the 2000's. Loved having a competent center.Bulls - Joakim Noah. Loved him at Florida, true hustle player.Cavaliers - Not too many likable guys... I'll go with Powe. His flash in the pan with Boston was fun to watch.Mavericks - Been a big Caron Butler guy since he was with the Heat, always felt he was underrated.Nuggets - Al Harrington. Most frustrating to watch when he's chucking bricks, but when he catches fire... Oohhh baby.Pistons - Rip Hamilton is a monster, 'bout all there is to say.Warriors - Vladimir Radmanovic, loved popping 3's with him in NBA Live '07.Rockets - Battier. Such a cerebral player, had some great ideas to better the league too.Pacers - Roy Hibbert. Loved watching him in college.Clippers - Brian Cook. Illinois alum.Lakers - Kobe Bryant. EOC.Grizzlies - OJ Mayo... again, loved him in college.Heat - Carlos Arroyo, why not?Bucks - Ilyasova, killed the Knicks this year. Nice stroke.Timberwolves - Kevin Love. Very underrated... by his own team.Nets - Courtney Lee. Magic run '09.Hornets - Nobody? Okafor's defensive presence, I guess.Knicks - Wilson Chandler. Dude brings it every game, is a nice dude off the court, and actually plays hard both ways.Thunder - Russell Westbrook. Great scoring guard.Magic - Pietrus. Not sure why, liked him since he was drafted.76ers - Literally can't pick a single player. Whole roster ties.Suns - Grant Hill. Overcame obstacles to still be in the league.Blazers - Greg Oden. Come on big man, get healthy!Kings - Carl Landry, lost a tooth and kept beasting.Spurs - DeJuan Blair. Such a beast at Pitt, couldn't believe he fell so far.Raptors - Kleiza, international flavor.Jazz - Deron Williams, led one of the greatest CBB charges I've ever watched... and my Illini died shortly after. Side note, [expletive] YOU Bill Self. Wizards - Gilby, [expletive] the haters, dude's a monster.
Poe
Hawks - Mike BibbyI used to be a Kings fan when I was younger. I didn't follow them very closely, but I loved Bibby growing up.Celtics - Rajon RondoI love his creativity. Here is a guy who truly thinks outside of the box.Bobcats - Shaun LivingstonHow can you not root for this guy?Bulls - Tracy McGradyHe was the first player I ever became a fan of. He might be the reason I'm into basketball to this day.Cavaliers- Anderson Varejao ...what can I say? He's That Wild Thing.Mavericks - Jason KiddA very unselfish player, and not just because he passes.Nuggets - Chauncey BillupsHe has a great head on his shoulders.Pistons - Tayshaun PrinceI guess I have a thing for underrated players sometimes. Tayshaun is one of them.Warriors - Dorell WrightA former Heat. I've been rooting for this guy to get PT for a while. It's good to see him finally get a chance, even though it's not in Miami.Rockets - Kevin MartinHe's an interesting player, to say the least.Pacers - Tyler HansbroughI didn't know who else to pick. I saw him do an impressive looking hookshot once.Clippers - Chris KamanBecause I had to go through a similar treatment in my life that he used to help his disabilities.Lakers- Kobe BryantHis pure sense of desire is something to truly admire.Grizzlies - Mike ConleyI don't know why. I just like him for some reason.Heat - Udonis HaslemHe is one of the most underrated players in the league. There is a reason Riley wanted him back as badly as he did.Bucks - Brandon JenningsI like his enthusiasm. He's going to have a very good career.Timberwolves - Michael BeasleyAnother former Heat player. I love his personality, as frustrating as his immaturity can be. He'll 'get it' in time.Nets - Derrick FavorsI'm no fan of anyone on that team, so I picked the rookie.Hornets - Chris PaulA very exciting player.Knicks - Danilo GallinariI kind of like his style of play... no fan of anyone else on the team.Thunder - Russel WestbrookI can relate to him in certain ways... tough to explain.Magic - J.J. And not just the fact that he's willing to do it, but how he actually puts the extra time and effort.Jazz - Deron WilliamsExciting player, fun personality.Wizards - Nick YoungI honestly believe he has some potential, but not with the Wizards. He need to look for a half-court offense team like the Spurs.
