Cleveland's Finest
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v639/Drigertornado/fifty.gif j/k but seriously PG - Mo Vs Felton - Tie. Mo is nice as a 3 pt shooter in LeIso, but outside of having a top 3 player in the league creating shots for him he has an average PG. Felton is a nice pass first PG who is adding a 3 pt shot to his game.SG - Parker Vs Chandler - Chandler. At this point in his career Parker is an above average defender with little to no offense. Chander is an average defender with above average scoring ability.SF - Gallinari Vs Moon - Gallinari. Becoming one of the best 3 pt shooters in the league comparing him to moon is a joke.PF - Stoudamire Vs Jamison - Stoudamire. Jamison will be 34 entering this year and I think we all saw him falling of his game last year, comparing him to Amar'e is laughable to me at this point.C - Randloph Vs Hollins - Ranolph. Who is Hollins? Bench - Sessions - Gibson - Hickson - Powe - Varejao Vs Douglas - Azibuike - Walker - Turiaf - Cavs. No real stand outs, both have serviceable players, Cavs are a little deeper, but FA still isn't over. So, as a Knicks fan, I think the Knicks out class the Cavs in just about every position, and the positions we don't we are just as good as you. The Cavs are a little deeper but the Knicks starting 5 is far better. Please respond, want to see how the Cavs are better. I expect Sessions to start at point guard, with Mo starting shooting guard. The Cavs added Christian Eyenga, who is very, very athletic and will add a spark to this bench. I expect our starting lineup to be: PG: Ramon SessionsSG: Mo WilliamsSF: (We don't have a starting SF, so I expect us to sign and trade Shaq for Marvin Williams possibly)PF: JJ HicksonC. Ryan Hollins Bench: Jamison, Verajao, Boobie, Eyenga, Samuels, Moon Then during clutch points in the game, I'd have Jamison at SF, Andy at C. Jamison > Gallinari, and Verajao > Randolph. And Felton/Mo or Felton/Sessions is debatable. Byron Scott has a lot of players that work nicely with the Princeton offense. A lot of players can get up and down the court and run. Added a lot of youth. Great depth. We saw what he made of Tyson Chandler, so let's see what he can do with Ryan Hollins, who has the same frame. I know there was Chris Paul, but Sessions and Mo aren't that much worse. People forget how good Antawn was last year before he was traded to the Cavs. Anderson would start on most teams in the league. Boobie was third in 3 point percentage last season, and has shot over .400 from three in all but one season in his career. With more playing time finally, he'll have some huge games probably. Hickson was awesome in the summer league. The Cavs have a culture of winning. Besides Amare and Felton's experience of a 4 game sweep, what type of winning culture do the Knicks have. Also, the Knicks don't have the devastation of a city surrounding them night in and night out to bring back faith and hope. And if you think Randolph is 20/10, the I have a right to saw Hickson will be 20/10. Btw, if you think Parker and Moon will start next year, then you are in over your heads. I mean, if worse comes to worse, but the Cavs will find a SF. Be it Dunleavy or Marvin or who else. Jenneral
6. Milwaukee Bucks - For a small market team, they probably had one of the best offseasons. Losing Kurt Thomas hurts, but adding Maggette, CDR, and Drew Gooden, along with a fully healthy Andrew Bogut to start the season, they look very promising. While I project them to be the 6 seed again, they will have a much better season and could get 50 wins if everything clicks. Stackhouse is an X-factor.We don't have Stackhouse anymore. Cleveland's Finest
Jamison was 6th man of the year. If you think Hickson won't start then wow. People were miserable when we didn't start him in the playoffs. Why would they put him back on the bench and halt his development. And I did say Jamison would play clutch minutes. Like Al Harrington coming off bench for NY. I think he meant "filling the hole at C" on the bench. BTW, I edited that post. Thought I'd show the matchups statistically instead of biased opinion. PER shows the Knicks are not only better, but much better than the Cavs. Of course, their PERs may be different next season under different roles. You make it seem like the Knicks are so much better than the Cavs. The East still has plenty of mediocre teams. I'm not worried about us competing in the playoff run in the least. You're coming off as though you think the Knicks will beat the Cavs by double digit every time they face each other. Poe
If I were the coach of the Cavs, I'd go small and start Hickson at center and Jamison at PF. Jamison is the best offensive player left on the team other than maybe Mo Williams. He has to start, and going small and having Hickson start at center is a much better option than starting Ryan Hollins. Jamario Moon can start at SF like he did for the Heat, and AV can remain as the sixth man. Still, the team lacks talent. Big time. They don't even have a first option, which they'll look for through the draft.
Check my Stats
I think Randolph is = to Varejao or Hickson tbh, Hickson and Varejao are much better than Randolph defensively but Randolph could be very well be 20 and 10 this year. If Turiaf starts than Cavs are = or > to the Knicks at C but then again if don't start that really strengthens out bench. BTW The only reason I had Hollins at center is because TNB said he was going to start. Varejao is probably the best defensive PF in the league, Randolph is a nice talent but he still has a ton to prove.
Cleveland's Finest
Jamison put up 25-30 a night as a first option during his tenure with Washington while they had Caron and Gilbert injured on and off. Still don't see Moon starting. Cavs want to sign and trade Shaq for Marvin, sign Dunleavy, or get another SF.
Check my Stats
Cavs aren't making the playoffs NB, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but come on son. The Cavs are littered with role players, they are like the Detroit Pistons.

Chandler would dominate him. Gallinari = Jamison, Gallinari is one of the best 3 pt shooters in the league and has better role players around him and is now 22 compared to Jamisons 33. I'll let you have Varejao over Randolph, but thats the only position the Cavs are better. Hollins is a 2nd rounder Chandler was 2nd overall, comparing them is silly. Culture of winning? Yes with LeBron James lol, what does a culture of wining have to do with anything? Sorry I still believe it is very still to think the Cavs can finish higher than the Knicks
Cleveland's Finest
Jamison is better than Gallinari. Last year 3 more rpg, and shot 40% better from the field. And the ppg and apg and minutes per game are all plus or minus a few decimals. Jamison scored more than 20 points in a game 29 times last year while Danilo had only 15 games of 20 or more points. Danilo also had 20 games where he scored in the single digits, whereas Jamison scored in single digits 12 times last year. In November, December, and January, when Jamison was the main star on offense, he averaged 20-22 points per game before he became what, the third/fourth option in Cleveland, lowering his minutes with very little time to adapt to a system. Last year, Jamison had 17 double doubles to Gallinari's 5. Basically shows there's no reason to say Danilo is obviously better because of the age difference. These stats show when Jamison is relied on for points, he comes up big. With a much more limited role in Cleveland and little time, his stats were affected. Jamison is much more consistent based on his double doubles and twenty or more point games, along with less single digit in points games. Poe
Danilo Gallinari is not as much of a playmaker as he is a feeder. With better teammates, and especially a better point guard, we should expect a good deal of improvement from him. Plus he's a very young player, so his play is bound to improve anyway. Comparing the teams surrounding Jamison and Gallo, Jamison is the best player left on the Cavs' team. Danilo is the 2nd best on the Knicks at the most. If we were comparing the players with their talent level, teammates, ability last year this argument would be completely valid. However all of that has completely changed. Jamison has left the prime years of his NBA career while Danilo is nearing his own. I never said Nilo was better than Jamison but Nilo continues to progress like he has over the past 2 years and Jamison plays the same way he did with the Cavs last year it's no stretch to say Nilo = Jamison, IMO. However Poe is dead one, Danilo can be the Knicks 2nd or 3rd best player, where as Jamison is no doubt the Cavs best. Which is the difference between the Cavs and Knicks, we have a star play maker, Jamison, I do not believe, is a star play maker in this league anymore.
