My parents' house is a three bedroom, two-car garage, basement and attic, two-story house that was appraised at $65,000. Pretty cheap.Our house was $200,000 and it's a 3 room 2 bathroom 2 story house with a 1 car garage..A basement (no attic) Pretty expensive.
