If Kobe did/said something really stupid, would you join in on the hate from other members? Or would you defend him?

Exactly.

Besides one incident, Kobe grew up a LOT faster than LeBron did

Kobe grew up a lot faster? Does the 2007 off-season ring a bell?

He demanded he either be traded or the team get some help for him.

I dont remember him making a 1 hour TV special about it and then doing all this immature [expletive] Lebron is doing.

I'm not even really arguing who is more immature, I just find it funny that Laker fans are taking the moral stance on this subject when their favourite player made a video bashing Andrew Bynum, calling him a scrub. Publicly demanded a trade after a couple of bad years (you would think he played 7 years with mediocre players, oh wait).

It is weird that all this info is coming out now, people don't just behave like this randomly, I guess we are just starting to find out who LBJ really is, it is just weird that we never saw stuff like this until now.

No he didn't. He just went on the radio saying that he wanted to be traded and made a video talking loads of crap about one of his teammates. Yeah, real mature. And this is coming from someone who thinks Kobe is the best player in the league and a fan of his.

Nobody is saying LBJ is a saint but seriously? Is him partying in Vegas that big of a deal?

Kobe wanted dealt if the Lakers weren't committed to winning. And he was never leaving in the first place. It was an effective way to bring talent to the team...and they did, with Gasol. It won the Lakers two more rings. Similar to what CP3 is doing, although there's a big chance he's going to leave anyway. Bryant didn't run to the Boston Celtics in 2008...he wanted to beat them. LA didn't trade Drew right off the bat in 2007, either, and it was 2-3 months in before they acquired Gasol, and Bryant had no knowledge of the situation and STILL played his heart out, achieving one of the best records in the West until Bynum fell to another injury (check LA's record that season in the games they played up until the Memphis-LA game, where Drew was hurt).

James never threatened Cleveland with that. He also never tried to recruit anyone like he has for the Heat. He actually led Cavs fans to believe he was coming back, and never told them otherwise until the last second, when he told everyone in a LeBron Spectacular. He didn't do what Garnett did, either. Didn't pull an Iverson. What did it do for Cleveland, win them rings? Nah...left them with the possibility of being one of the worst teams in the NBA in a few years.

Let's not compare LeBron's situation to anyone else's...because what he did has never been done before, at least not by a big-name superstar.

I honestly think that if Bosh agrees to go to Cleveland, Wade is a Bull and none of this happens. Cavalier fans will disagree with me since LBJ is the devil lol, but I think Bosh was the key to all of what happened this off-season, or in the Cavs case, what didn't happen.

That's what all the analysts said all along. Wherever Bosh decided to go was the key. Had it been Chicago, then him and Wade would've ended up there and LBJ most likely signs with NY or Cleveland. Miami really just got lucky here.

He tried getting Bosh to go there. But Bosh said no to him.

Wow. That was all just a ploy to make Cavs fans feel like he did [expletive]. All a smoke screen.

When we tried to recruit Michael Redd, LeBron wouldn't pick him up at the airport and made Eric Snow pick him up. Ray Allen wouldn't sign with us either.

Meanwhile, he's in Miami now, twittering about his boys coming to town and how awesome it is. Picking up Fisher, accepting "less" money, becoming robin to batman, and all this other [expletive].

I always disliked LeBron. Was always so-so about him and never praised him. I just wanted to wait until his stupid decision to see if I was truly right. He made it that hard to tell. Such a joke. Meanwhile, less than a day later he's doing things he never did in Cleveland and he's still doing things we've never heard of or seen. This league is becoming a joke and it will as long as these gutless cowards team up to run the show.

I don't believe that one bit. This trio has been planned for a while now. If LeBron wanted to win so badly in Cleveland (much like he does now in Miami), he had seven years to recruit players.
