I clicked pr tsc on the keyboard, then went to paint and typed ctrl+v at the same time.

On some keyboards you have to click ctrl+prtsc or fn+prntscrn

and prtsc is at the top of the numbers on the right of the keyboard.

On Mac OS X, pressing Command-Shift-3 takes a screenshot of the entire screen.

On Microsoft Windows, pressing Print Screen captures a screenshot of the entire desktop, then paste it in Paint.

So I just saved it into my documents and now im wondering where to get the url from so I can copy and paste it onto here.

You have to upload it to an image hosting site (Tiny URL, Imageshack, ect.) and they'll give you a URL to paste in here.

Is that windows 7?

If so, how do you change the color of the bar on the bottom, and how did you get those icons on top?

The icons were already there when I got the computer, so I'm not sure what to tell you. They're pretty pointless really. I never use them. The color change I right clicked the desk top, and went to Personalize and there's something that says Window Color.
