Universe
When he stepped down from his job as president of the Nets, Rod Thorn said he wasn't retiring. And he wasn't kidding. Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the Sixers have hired Thorn as their new president, with former Nets general manager Ed Stefanski being demoted to GM in Philly. It's been less than four weeks since Thorn was replaced in New Jersey by former Sixers president Billy King. http://www.netsdaily.com/2010/8/11/1618691/thorn-to-join-stefanski-in-philly
Smitty
Hell yeah. Ed doesn't have the final say anymore.
Guru
Haha, wow... who are they going to sign next Lawrence Frank?
Universe
So the Nets will have excellent draft days but will sign players to huge contracts while Sixers will trade Elton Brand for Billups and Melo but will have no luck in the draft. I smell a ten year seventh and eighth seed battle brewing.
Klashnekoff
LMFAO a 10 year battle for 7th and 8th seed? You delusional brother lol .. We will make 7th or 8th this season but i see us being in the top 4 after 2-3 years. We are that good right now in terms of over the whole roster talent .. i love our roster at the moment. Phightins
Nothing worse than being stuck in mediocrity in the NBA. Causes the Sixers to look for improvement by raiding the.....Nets front office?
