"As a second-round NBA draft pick, A.J. Price has a challenge to make the Indiana Pacers. But that's just a basketball challenge. He has faced far more. As a college freshman, he suffered a brain hemorrhage that threatened his life. Price had to sit out the next season after an arrest involving stolen laptop computers, an incident that strained his parents' marriage. Interesting situation after all the speculation of trade surrounding Ford, prior to the draft. I thought for sure they were going to trade for Ford, opt Jack as their starting Point Guard and draft one in the first round with #13. Surprisingly enough, they draft Hansbrough and grab Price in the 2nd round. I think Price is going to be another "solid" pick. Bird always loves the older players who have played a long time in college and can make an impact right away.
