Lkr
Heat forward Udonis Haslem was reportedly cited for possession of drugs, likely marijuana, after a traffic stop on Sunday. Details are still surfacing, but this is quite a surprise from Haslem, one of Miami's elder statesmen. As noted by beat writer Ira Winderman, "first and second marijuana violations do not involve NBA suspensions," but could entail counseling and/or a fine.http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/38716791/ns/sports-player_news/ I thought possession warranted an arrest? Damn, sucks for UD but that's good that he wasn't taken into custody. Hopefully he learns from this and stays clean.

Flash
Oh yes, its good that a celebrity got let off the hook for breaking a law Lol, it was probably a real small amount. Different states have different laws. If it were a Laker I'm sure you'd have the same opinion.

Only 1 of them actually matter

Exactly, its meaningless either way. Mr. high and mighty over here wants to make it into a big deal lol. At least 80% of NBA players smoke. SRV
He is an athlete/celebrity..so by law(not really), he can't go to jail unless he really screws up :glasses: If OJ Simpson killed someone and got away with it, UD can smoke and get away with it. fish7718
Don't worry guys, Haslem plays for the Heat, the Heat's fanbase (aka the loyal defenders) will have their backs no matter what they do. No sense in arguing with them.
