Make sure your computer's speakers are set as the default ones and not another one. If you don't know which ones are your computer's default speakers, reply back with what is under this tab and I'll continue to try and assist you with this problem. I was messing around with some new speakers I connected to my computer and I got a little too smart for myself and disabled something to see what would happen, and my computer had no sound. I had to restart my computer. Just check the control panel, and go to sound and mess around with it until sound comes back, if not, then I have no idea.
