[expletive] those dumb mother-[expletive]ing [expletive]-sucking piece of [expletive] Saints!!!!!!

How [expletive]ing lucky can they get?!?!?!?! I guess it may be more that the 49er's shot themselves in the foot, but still, what the [expletive]?!?!?!!?

- Terrible snap that led to a safety

- Tipped pass for INT

- Fumble inside the ten yard line

- Tipped pass for an INT

- Muffed punt

- Lucky [expletive] Colston

How were they lucky? 49ers made dumb mistakes, they suffer the consequences. If anything you guys are lucky this game wasn't a blowout.

Good win for the Saints.

lol what?

Saints were lucky that we had two turnovers in the red zone, one coming off a deflection. Lawson also dropped a interception that hit him right in his hands. As far as that muffed punt goes, a rookie should not be returning for us. You never see a high snap like that in the NFL for our first possession, ever...

That's all on the 49ers, I'm sorry but the Saints simply took advantage of your mistakes and were able to capitalize on them when it mattered most (in the fourth quarter). 49ers left too much time for Brees to score, he's just too good.

The Saints were the better team today, plain and simple.

They were not the better team, we had that game in the bag but the Saints caught huge breaks. If anything it should have been a blowout from our part. Whatever though, we're going to go on a long winning streak starting next week facing the Chiefs.

That makes no sense. According to your logic I could say the Saints were lucky to win that playoff game against the Vikings last year because Brett Favre threw an interception that led to the gamewinning field goal... It just doesn't work like that, the Niners made turnovers because they were careless with the ball, don't try to downplay the loss, give the Saints some credit.

An interception is an interception, a fumble is a fumble, the defense has to be doing something right if they're causing multiple turnovers. The Niners were careless with the ball, I understand that, but the Saints were also very opportunistic (as they always are) and got after the ball.

Whatever though, we're going to go on a long winning streak starting next week facing the Chiefs.

I don't doubt it, I still have the Niners winning the division. They're schedule is extremely easy now.

It should've been a blow out? What game were you watching, honestly?

The Saints moved it at will on that first drive and every so often they had great drives. Other then that the 49ers defense played well. Both defenses played well, there is no way that would've been a blow out. Are you kidding me?

Those aren't the Saints catching huge breaks. On the first interception it was blitz the 49ers didn't pick up and Alex Smith threw a [expletive]ty pass. I fail to see how that is luck in any way, shape or form. It's a communication issue. The protection couldn't handle the blitz. That's not luck. I swear you never watched this game.

You had absolutely NOTHING in the bag. You were moving the ball the same way the Saints were, but I didn't feel New Orleans was ever in trouble of losing that football game. Not even after the San Francisco touchdown. You allowed a solid return, left over a minute left on the clock with two timeouts and a surgeon at quarterback. You guys didn't adjust to anything the Saints did with screens or the checkdowns. Brees ravaged you guys in those aspects. You played a great defensive game, a blueprint for other teams to shut down Brees, but [expletive], a blowout in your favor? No, just no.

You still play a solid Atlanta team at home, Philadelphia and at Carolina before the mid-point of the season. Your schedule is no cakewalk for a long win streak.

For a fan of such an inconsistent team that still hasn't proven anything and is 0-2, you sure are throwing these predictions around like fact pretty candidly.

I have no doubt that New Orleans was the better team. Not by much, but the better team.

I agree, but I'm just pissed by how the turnovers were created. The one where Dunbar deflected and Ziegler muffed were terrible. Walker's fumble was just a good strip by Vilma. Also forgot about the first int Smith threw where it bounced off of Gore's hands. This loss is a heart breaker. :(

To Boldin...

Again, if we hadn't turned the ball over twice in the red zone and had capitalized our drives with a TD we would have won the game, maybe not a blowout but a victory.

I do.

That's stupid though. That's the worst logic I've ever heard. Take off the red and gold glasses, that's all hindsight. They didn't do it, and that's why they lost. That's why they will never be a meaningful Super Bowl contender.

It's only a heartbreaker because the Niners managed to get back in it. This game could have ended up much worse, and I thought it would with the way the Saints played in the first quarter.
